2 4 oz chicken breast
2/3 t coarse salt
1/4 t rosemary or 2 t fresh
1 t olive oil
Pepper
2 T balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet over med-hi heat. Season the chicken cutlets with olive oil, salt, rosemary, and pepper. Reduce the heat to medium, then cook 2-3 min per side. Add the vinegar and cook about 30 seconds more, turning the chicken to glaze it.

Serve with brown rice and Brussels sprouts.
