1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups milk
Sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into baking dish.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Serve warm- may add a little milk to own bowl.

May also leave out raisins if you’re not a fan.
