1 can creamed corn
2-3 cups of frozen corn
Stick of melted butter
2 slightly beaten eggs
8 ounces of sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Onion Flakes, optional
Package Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients adding the Jiffy corn bread right before baking. Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350° until the edges start to get golden which is about 45 minutes.
