Two boxes frozen broccoli
2/3 cup celery
1/3 cup onion
2 Tablespoons shortening
8 ounce jar of cheese whiz
3/4 cup instant rice
Two cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 3/4 cup water with two boxes of frozen broccoli and salt. Drain water. At the same time sauté 2/3 cup celery, 1/3 cup onion in a Tablespoon of shortening. Cook until tender but not brown. Drain grease. When done add the jar of cheese whiz, the instant rice, two cans cream of mushroom soup. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish and place broccoli on top. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
