1 1/2 - 2 lb chicken, cut into 2" pieces
10 oz pkg frozen, sliced okra
1/2 - 1 lb. andouille sausage (or whatever kind) cut into pieces
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. each: thyme, oregano
1/2 tsp. each: onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder
1/4 tsp. each: cayenne, black pepper
2 c. each: chicken broth, tomato juice

Directions:

Place everything in the crockpot on high 3-4 hours, low 6-8 hours.

Serve over rice.

Other than chopping up the chicken and sausage, there's nothing to do but throw it in the crockpot!!
My boys sometimes pick out the okra, but I leave it in because that's what thickens up the broth.

Freezes well: If you freeze the leftovers then reheat, the okra magically dissolves and is extra perfect then.
