6 lbs. Melted fat
1 Can Lye
2.5 Pints of hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lye in hot water. Let cool.

Pour lye mixture in slow, steady stream into fat, stirring constantly.

Stir until cool. Pour into boxes that have been dipped into cold water.

Allow to cool and set. Cut into desired sizes
