Mexican Cornbread Recipe

2 Cups of cornmeal
3/4 Cup of Self-rising flour
2 Eggs
2 Cans of cream style corn
2 Cups of milk
8 Oz. of .shredded cheddar cheese


brown 1.5 lbs. of hamburger meat and 1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together (it will be soupy).

Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan and then top with meat/onion mixture. Top meat with cheese then pour the remaining cornmeal mixture over the cheese and smooth out.

Bake in a oven pre-heated to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
