CAKE:
1 cup flour
1 tsp. B.P.
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter

FROSTING:
½ cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter (softened)
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x9x2. Mix flour, B.P. & ¼ tsp. salt - set aside. Beat eggs for 4 min. until thick.
Add sugar & beat until dissolved. Add dry ingredients - stir until blended. Heat milk & butter till butter is melted (do not boil). Add batter & mix well. Spread into pan & bake
350º for 20-25 min. Frost while warm.

Frosting: Beat brown sugar & butter till fluffy. Stir in milk then coconut. Spread over warm cake and broil 3-4 min. till lightly browned.
