5 cups cooked cooled rice
1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin (chopped and cooked)
1 cup chopped green onions
3 eggs beaten
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley


Sauce
2 cups water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cubes beef broth
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take a 1/2 lb. of chopped pork from the roast and cook in hot oil for a few minutes.
2. Add rice and hoisin sauce.
3. Cook for 6 minutes. Add beaten eggs.
4. Cook until done and garnish with green onion and parsley.


Sauce
1. Add all ingredients except for cornstarch to a saucepan.
2. Let the mixture come to a boil.
3. Lower the heat.
4. Mix cornstarch with a little bit of cold water. Add it to the sauce and let it thicken.
5. Pour over pork roast.
