Cookie Dough
1½ cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. almond extract
2½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
To make the Cookies: Cream sugar and butter. Blend in egg, vanilla and almond extract.

Add flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Mix well.

Chill 2 to 3 hours.

Roll dough ⅛" thick on a well-floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes.
