3 eggs
2. c. pure cane sugar
1 c. butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Saigon cinnamon
½ c. chopped black walnuts

Grease 2 loaf pans

Beat eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, and zucchini
Add dry ingredients, mix well then, add nuts

Bake 325º for 60 minutes
