Filling

4 cups rhubarb, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Crust

2 1/4 cups rolled oats
2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine filling ingredients and cook in saucepan over medium-low heat until thick; set aside.
3. Crumble crust ingredients with a pastry blender. Pat 2/3 of mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
4. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
5. Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
