4 ½ cups of green beans
4 ½ cups of yellow beans
1 can kidney beans
2 cups of onions
1 cup diced sweet red pepper


Sauce:
2 ½ cups sugar
1 t mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
4 tsp of pickling salt
3 cups vinegar
1 ¼ cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine beans, onions and peppers in a large saucepan.
2. Cover with boiling water.
3. Cook 8-10 min.
4. Drain: Keep hot.

5. Combine sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, salt, vinegar and water in a large saucepan
6. Bring to boil.
7. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
8. Pack hot vegetables into hot jars
9. Ladle hot liquid over vegetables. Leave ½ inch headspace.
10. Process 15 minutes in a boiling water canner
