2 lb. ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
⅔ cup celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
½ cup catsup
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 cups water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
2 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
Grated sharp cheese

Directions:

Fry ground beef; pour off grease.

Add remaining ingredients except corn chips and cheese. Simmer until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve on corn chips and sprinkle with cheese.
