1 lb. kielbasa, sliced ½" thick
4 apples, cored and slices
1 lb. sauerkraut
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place a layer of sausage[half] in greased casserole and cover with half apples.

Add caraway seeds to sauerkraut and spread over apples.

Sprinkle with sugar. Top with rest of sausage and apples.

Pour drippings or butter over casserole and bake at 350° for 40 minutes
