5 large Egg Yolks
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Can Evaporated Milk
2 Cups Chopped Peaches
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together in a heavy pot. Whisk in the milks and cook over medium heat while whisking for 15 minutes or until the mixture coats the back of a spoon. Stir in the peaches and vanilla.
2. Completely cool then cover and chill at least 4 hours
3. Make the ice cream according to the directions of the maker you are using.
