1 cup red lentil
1cup fine cracked wheat ( Bulgur)
2 Big size onions,chopped
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1/4 cup of margarin
1 cup chopped parsley
salt.

Directions:
Boil lentil with 4 cups of water until cooked,in a big bowl place Bulgur,drain lentil,keep the juice in the separate bowl,place lentil in bulgur,mix well with spoon,cover up,let it stay 45 minutes,put margarine in a pan,sote chopped onions,add T.paste,stir well,add them in the lentil and Bulgur mixture,add chopped parsley,salt,start mashing with your hands,like you are doing hamburger until they are well mixed if they are dry add little bit boiled lentil juice,make small pieces,time to time wet your hands with lentil juice,garnish big plate with lettuce leafs placed koftes on them,bonapetit,afiyet olsun.
