1 c. butter - softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rolled oats (instant oats, if don't have instant can use rolled oats, just takes longer to bake)
2 c. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º - Beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour, baking powder,baking soda and salt until incorporated. Fold in oats and white chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet and bake for 9-12 minutes.
