1 ½ pds of Brussel Sprouts
6 T Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
5 cloves of garlic
1 T balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º for 30 minutes.
Trim Brussel Sprouts and slice in half.
Toss Brussel Sprouts in oil, seasoning, and garlic in a bag.
Heat oil in cast iron pan heat until it shimmers. Layer sprouts in the pan. Transfer to oven. Roast shaking pan every 5 minutes. Cook for 10 to 20 minutes at 400º. Shake pan. Stir in balsamic vinegar and serve hot.
