Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 rolls of refrigerated pie crust (at room temperature)
2 cans apple pie filling (21 oz each)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup caramel topping
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Sugar for topping (optional)
10 plastic forks
Ribbon of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).
On a lightly floured surface, unroll one pie crust and trace around a 4-7/8 inch upside-down foil tart tin. You should get 3 circles out of one crust. Click for 4-7/8 inch foil tart tins.
Re-roll the crust and cut out 2 more circles.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the other three rolls of pie crust. You should have 20 circles when finished.
Choose the 10 thickest circles and roll them to increase their size by 1/3.
Lightly press these 10 circles into the bottoms of the tart tins and up the sides. Place them on two baking sheets.
Set the other 10 circles aside for the tops of the pies.
In a large bowl, mix the pie filling, cinnamon, and caramel topping until well combined.
Scoop the filling mixture into the 10 pie tins, divided evenly.
Place the remaining 10 circles of pie crust on top of the pies. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the pies from the oven and brush the tops with the melted butter. Sprinkle each with some sugar if desired.
Place the pies back in the oven and bake 10 more minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool slightly then wrap each with some holiday ribbon or whatever ribbon goes best with your occasion or party.
Place a plastic fork inside each ribbon knot as your tying it.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

You can easily swap out the apple pie filling with any other pie filling. You may want to leave out the cinnamon and caramel too depending on the pie filling you choose.
