Crust:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or store bought crust)
⅓ cup granulated sugar
6 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Filling:
14oz. sweetened condensed milk
½ cup light sour cream (can use regular sour cream)
¾ cup key lime juice
Zest from lime

Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Crust: Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl mix together crackers, sugar & butter. Press mixture into 9” pie pan & bake 7 min. Cool for 30 min.
Filling: Preheat oven to 350º. In medium bowl whisk together condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice & zest. Pour into crust & bake 10 min. Cool pie & chill for 3 hrs.
Topping: Beat heavy cream & confectionary sugar till stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla.
