Cooked Apricot Sauce
3T + 2 tsp Tapioca Flour
3/4 C white Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Tapioca flour into unthaw apricots and large pan. Heat on low stirring often. Add sugar. Stir. Pour into prepared 8 inch pie crust. Top with slightly thawed prepared pie crust that has been inverted. It’s a mess. You might have better luck Scooping out a prepared pie crust onto wax paper and rolling it flat between two sheets of wax paper.
