Ingredients:
At the end of a meal all left overs of meat, potatoes, gravy and vegetables

1 quart of home bottled tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
All leftovers were stored in a ice cream bucket in the freezer. The bucket was kept in the freezer and we just added the leftovers to it at the end of each meal. It was all layered up in the bucket until it was full.

When the bucket gets full you take it out and add the quart of tomatoes and it makes a delicious soup that never tastes the same because you always had different foods in it.

This is a perfect way to use your leftovers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I remember eating garbage soup about once a month. It was surprisingly good even with all the different types of meats and gravy's. Most of the time the potatoes were mashed so this made the soup more thick like a stew.
