2-10oz.Packages frozen,chopped spinach
2 cups prepared stuffing mix
1 small onion chopped fine
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup Parmesean cheese
2-3 dashes hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup margarine melted
Cook spinach as directed. Drain and chop fine. Mix remaining ingrediants while spinach is draining.
Add spinach. Mix thoroughly-Chill several hrs.
Shape into balls. Freeze at least 1 Hour. when ready to serve place on the foil lined cookie sheet,Bake 20 Mins. @ 350
