8 to 10 Peaches
½ c. pure cane sugar
½ tsp. organic saigon cinnamon
1 egg
2 tbsp. cream
¼ c. brown sugar packed
½ c. flour
¼ c. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make 9" pastry

Fill:
8 to 10 peaches sliced
Sprinkle over:
½ c. sugar mixed with ½ tsp. cinnamon
Beat together, then pour over peaches and sugar:
1 egg
2 tbsp. cream
Mix until crumbly then sprinkle over fruit mixture:
¼ c. brown sugar
½ c. flour
¼ c. soft butter

Bake hot oven 425º 35 to 45 minutes
