1 cup of quick grits
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 stick of butter
1 pkg. onion soup mix
6 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
milk to make one cup with eggs
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grit in 4 cups of water until thick. Cook spinach until it comes apart. Use as little water as possible. Mix spinach with grits; add butter, soup mix, and cheese. Add milk to eggs to measure 1 cup. Pour over the spinach mixture. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or until brown and set.
