1 cup Chopped Green Peppers (Sweet Peppers)
⅓ cup of chopped jalapeno or Cayenne Peppers
6½ cups of Sugar
1½ cups of Dark Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Box Certo
8 Drops Red or Green Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In pan mix sugar, vinegar and peppers; bring to a rapid boil, cook exactly 5 minutes drain juice and let cool exactly 5 minutes. After cooling add Certo and food coloring; put in small or pint jars. Note: Lisa is a special friend to Julia's family. Her husband, Rick served as one of the song leaders at First Baptist Church Gurley. Rick sang at Lee Bob's funeral in 2006.
