1 lb smoked sausage
1 medium onion diced
1 garlic clove minced or 1 tsp dry minced garlic
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 14-15 oz cans diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 lb box penne pasta (or any type pasta)
6-8 oz feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage into thin medallions and brown in large frypan. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender about 5 minutes and set aside. Heat cream cheese, milk and parmesan cheese in saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Stir in tomatoes and spices. Add sauce mixture to the sausage, onions and garlic and simmer for 10-15 minutes. While the sauce is simmering, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and stir into sauce. Top with feta cheese.
