1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo Syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cube butter (not margarine)
1 c. cream

1 c. cream - additional
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan combine sugar, Karo Syrup salt, butter and 1 cup cream. Stir constantly over low heat until soft ball stage. Then add (another) 1 cup cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir to soft ball stage again on low to medium heat. Pour into bowl. Cut up apples. Give everyone a fork (fondue forks work best) dip apples into caramel dip......ENJOY!!
