2 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla large pie crust
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and sugar. Not to boiling. Pour slowly in beaten eggs. Add flavoring. Pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or Until firm. Sprinkle on top with nutmeg if desired.
