3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Blend in shortening with knives or pastry blender until mixture is of pebbly consistency. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. When needed, measure out these amounts: 8" pie -1 to 1 1/4 c. dough, 9" pie -1 1/2 c. dough, 10" pie -1 3/4 c. dough
