3 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. corn light syrup
1 c. sugar
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 CUP pecans
1 large pie shell unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Measure all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and beat on medium speed Until yell mixed. Then beat on high speed for 2 or 3 minutes. Put nuts into the bottom of the pie shell and pour in the filling mix. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely. This is also a good mini-pie recipe.
