3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. Karo pancake & waffle syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecan halves
2 T. margarine, melted
1 unbaked (9") pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl beat eggs slightly. Beat in the next 5 ingredients. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 55 minutes or Until the knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean. Cool. Serves 8. May substitute 1 CUP peanuts or chopped for pecans.
