4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients in the container of an electric blender; blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into 2 lightly greased 8" pie plates, and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut over egg mixture press coconut into mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or Until set. Chill before serving. Yield: two 8" pies.
