Layer 1: 2 c. crushed vanilla wafer crumbs, 1/2 c. butter
Mix together and place in 2 to the 3-quart rectangular pan.
2. 2 c. confectioners sugar
Layer 2: 2 egg whites, 1/2 c. butter
Beat 10 minutes and layer
Layer 3: 3 bananas, sliced longways
Layer 4: 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Layer 5: Large container Cool Whip
Layer 6: Chopped pecans, Maraschino cherries
Spread pecans and cherries over top of cool whip. Refrigerate. Yield: 12-15 servings.
