½ cup jiff creamy peanut butter
1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
¼ cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp baking soda
3½ cups rolled oass
2 cups raisins

Directions:

1. blend peanut butter, shortening, sugar
2. add milk, vanilla, and eggs mix well
3. stir in dry ingredients
4. add rolled oats and raisins and mix thoroughly.
5. drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
6. preheat oven to 375º degrees bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned on edges.
7. Let cool on cookie sheets for 2 to 3 minutes then remove and put on cooling racks to finish cooling
