3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 small can crushed pineapple drained
2 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda
2 cups coconut
2 cups grated carrot
1 cup chopped nut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs sugar together well
2. Slowly add oil
3. Keeping beaters going add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Bake in greased and floured pan 9 x 13 pan at 350º degree for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Can be made into cupcakes greased and floured bake these at 350º degrees for about 30 minutes.
