Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ pound bacon
1½ pound ham steak
2½ pound onions
½ green pepper
1 pound Fontina cheese
½ cup Romano cheese
5 eggs
red pepper flakes (to taste)
fresh Italian parsley
2 pounds linguini

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into ½ inch slices. Cut ham into ½ inch cubes. Fry until semi-crispy. Set aside.

Chop onions and pepper into ½ inch pieces. Sautê in bacon grease. Set aside.

Grate Fontina and Romano cheeses. Set aside.

Beat eggs. Set aside.

Cook linguini in boiling water. Drain. Do not rinse. Pour into a large bowl.

While linguini is still hot, pour egg mixture over linguini slowly, mixing vigorously until it coats the noodles. The heat of the linguini cooks the egg, but it should coat the noodles like a sauce.

Add bacon, ham, onions, pepper and mix. Then add cheeses and mix until they are melted from the heat of the linguini. If you need to heat the mixture up, use the microwave.

Add red pepper flakes to taste if you wish, mix in.

Chop fresh Italian parsley and sprinkle on top.
