2 dozen buttery crackers
1 -8 oz package cream cheese
2 cans Cr. of Chicken SOUP
2 eggs, beaten
8 cups sliced squash
6 small carrots, grated
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place crushed crackers in the bottom of the buttered 9x13 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, soup, eggs, and butter. Beat well. Stir in cooked, well-drained squash, carrots, and onions. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
