1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 eggs
Mix and beat until creamy.
4 large sweet potatoes. Cooked and mashed
Stir mashed potatoes into mi)åure and pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Topping: 1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 cup of chopped pecans.
