½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes, halved, seeded & finely chopped
¼ cup chopped ripe olives
¼ cup grated fresh parmesan cheese (2 Tbsp. dry)
1 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. sweet basil
1 baguette (fresh)
⅓ cup butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients. Cut baguette into 1" slices. Butter each slice on one side. Arrange butter side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with tomato mixture.
Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
