1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup water
1 T vanilla
½ cup Crisco Oil
4 eggs

Bake in mini muffin pans at 350º for about 10 minutes. Use about 1 T of batter for muffins. Combine grated rind and juice from 3 oranges and 2 lemons with 1 ½ lb. of Confectioners Sugar. Dip and place on a wire rack to drain.
