5 cups flour
1 lb. butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder

2 cups white sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter & baking powder as for pie crust. Add milk and eggs and mix well. Divide into 10 balls. Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle onto rolling surface. Roll out each ball as for pie crust, on sugar and cinnamon mixture, flipping over to coat both sides as you roll. Cut into 8 pies shapes. Roll from the wide end.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
