1 large tub Cool Whip
1 large vanilla instant pudding (6 serving)
1 can peach pie filling
1 small box unsalted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Using an 11" x 13" glass pan, spread the bottom with a light layer of cool whip. Over this layer unsalted crackers. Prepare the pudding and spread ½ over crackers. Then another layer of crackers followed by ½ the remaining cool whip. Add another layer of crackers followed by the rest of the pudding and cool whip. Top with a layer of peach pie filling. Leave in fridge over night.
Option: Try chocolate pudding and cherry pie filling.
