3 TBL cheese per cup, Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

3. Makes 3 TBL piles of parmesan cheese
4. Place the piles 2 inches apart on parchment paper

5. Bake 6 mins, until not quite brown
6. With thin metal spatula, lift and place each cup onto a muffin tin
7. Lightly press on centers to form cup
8. Cool before filling
