2 cups farfel
2 cups hot broth
1/4 cup oil
2 cups chopped onions
2 t. minced garlic
2 t. dried dill
2 10 oz packages chopped spinach, squeezed dry
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
2 cups parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix fearful and broth and let stand 5 mins, stir and set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Saute onions and garlic until golden, about 8 mins.
Add to farfel mixture and stir in remaining ingredients.

Place in pan and smooth top.

Bake one hour or until set on top.
Cut into squares.
