½ cup butter
1¾ cups sugar, divided
½ cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1¾ cups un-sifted flour
¾ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup chopped cashews

Icing:
2 cups icing sugar
3 Tbsp. Margarine
½ tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
¼ cup milk
food coloring

1 cup whole cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine & brown sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream, egg & vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Stir flour, soda & salt together. Add to creamed mixture and beat until well mixed. Fold in chopped nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

Mix icing ingredients and divide - 3 drops green & 3 drops red. Ice each cookie and place a whole cashew on the top of each cookie.
