2 cups milk
½ cup margarine
2 tsp. salt
1 cup & 2 Tbsps. sugar
2 cups warm water

3 Tbsp. instant yeast
12 cups flour

4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave heat milk, margarine, salt and sugar until margarine is melted. Add 2 cups of lukewarm water. Pour into mix master and add 6 cups of flour mixed with 3 Tbsp. instant rising yeast. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
Using dough mixer, gradually add next 6 cups of flour Mix until dough pulls away from the bowl. Transfer onto floured surface and finish working in the remainder of the flour. Remember, "the stickier the dough, the better the buns".
Place in greased bowl and let rise two times. Form into buns. Grease hands if the dough is sticky.
Cover with t-towel and let rise. If you push with finger and the dent stays, they are ready to bake.
375ºF for 15 minutes.
