1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
10 jalapenos
1½ c. white vinegar
½ tsp. salt
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
4 tbsp. pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Place red, green jalapenos ( seeds removed) and ½ c. vinegar in blender
Blend on dough setting
Place pepper mixture in large pot with 1 c. vinegar
Mix ½ c. sugar with 4 tbsp. pectin
Add to pepper mixture
Add butter mix well
Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes stirring often
Add 5 ½ c. sugar all at once bring back to boil and cook 1 more minute

Fill canning jars and water bath for 10 minutes

When adding the butter this will reduce (or even eliminate) the foam.
Make sure to add the butter before starting to cook.
