Green moong dal-1 cup(sprouted)
Green chilies-2
Mint leaves-few
Coriander leaves-few
Grated ginger-1 tbsp
Salt- 1tbsp

Directions:
Directions:
Soak green moong dal for 4-6 hours or overnight with enough water.
Drain the water and add green moong to mixer jar.
Add green chilies, mint leaves, grated ginger, salt, coriander leaves and blend to batter consistency.
Make crispy dosas and serve with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.

Make fresh batter and use.
Dosa pan should be hot enough to make crispy dosas.
For more variation add some jeera, chopped onions and curry leaves into the batter and make dosas.
